  • The Peacemongers are back
by Caroline Glick - Jerusalem Post - February 4, 2005  So, here we are again, at the dawn of a new peace process which will bring no peace; will legitimize terrorists and the authoritarian regimes that support them; will weaken Israel's democratic institutions while endangering its citizenry; and will engender scorn for America and faith in Israel's eventual destruction in the hearts of millions of people who today waver between support for freedom and support for terror.

    The Land of Israel Necklace
consists of a crystal glass pendant filled with the entire Land of Israel including Jerusalem, Hebron, Bethlehem, Nazareth, The Sea of Galilee, The Jordan River, The Dead Sea, as well as other locations. The earth inside has beautiful color variations creating a natural layered effect. By wearing the Land of Israel as a beautiful necklace, the land remains in one's consciousness and, literally, close to the heart.

  • The other elections
By P. David Hornik - - February 1, 2005  Abbas's ongoing efforts to work out a modus vivendi with Hamas and the other terror organizations -- instead of confronting them and confiscating their weapons as mandated by the road map -- suggest his aim is, like Arafat before him, to find ways to work with them as part of a grand strategy. Whether or not pro-Western moderacy will prevail in Iraq, it has not yet even dawned in the Palestinian Authority. If Israeli and American leaders overlook the strength and key role there of Hamas and Islamic radicalism, they do so to both their countries' peril.

  • Europe's growing hostility to Israel
Robin Shepherd - Jerusalem Post - February 1, 2005  Increasing numbers of younger Europeans have no real sense of what the Nazis did. In Britain, Prince Harry isn't the only one who's oblivious to the realities of Nazi tyranny. A BBC poll of 4,000 people taken late last year, in the run-up to Holocaust Remembrance Day last Thursday, showed that, amazingly, 45 percent of all Britons and 60 percent of those under 35 years of age had never heard of Auschwitz. Such ignorance compounds anti-Israeli feelings; for those who have no understanding of the Holocaust, Israel exists and acts in a historical vacuum.

  • Who has learned the lesson of the Holocaust? Not Israel.
By Nadia Matar - - February 4, 2005  If Israel is repeating the mistakes made by Chamberlain, who handed over the Sudetenland to Hitler in the Munich agreement, in the hope that this would satisfy his appetite - and Israel is currently planning to hand over additional parts of the homeland of the Jewish people to Hitler's successors, hoping that this step will satisfy them and stop their jihad campaign against the Jewish people -- then Israel has not learned the lesson of the Holocaust.

  • The UN's PR Coup
By Anne Bayefsky - - January 30, 2005  The United Nations marked the 60th anniversary of the liberation of the Auschwitz death camp with a day-long special session of the U.N. General Assembly. The upshot? The United Nations looks better in the eyes of many. The secretary-general improved his image. Israel, the perpetual U.N.-loser, was queen-for-a-day. But the nagging question is, where does this leave "never again"?

  • Abbas Follows In Arafat's Footsteps
by Gary Fitleberg - - January 31, 2005  Abbas' resume includes being one of the co-founders of the Fatah-controlled PLO terrorist organization. Like his mentor Arafat, he is a mastermind of murder and mayhem, an architect of the Munich Olympics Massacre, the Oslo disaster, as well as the writer of a dissertation that the Holocaust was a hoax. A terrorist is a terrorist. Make no mistake. Abbas is another Arafat in a Brooks Brothers, altered suit.
