FROM THE EDITOR
The success of the Palestinian leadership to court the favor of the world often is astounding. As if by some
peculiar faculty, they are able to bend virtually the entire diplomatic orbit to their every whim and fancy, even
when their positions are contradictory, based on fallacies, or outright malicious. Such is the case with the current
Palestinian enchantment with UN resolution 181, a proposal they initially met with force of arms. Don't the
ambassadors of the nations remember this "gentle" piece of history?
At times, it appears that most foreign envoys that traverse into the arena of the Israeli/Palestinian
struggle for peace have never read the actual texts of relevant agreements, and never bothered to learn the real
truth about the past. And, of course, they have never read the Bible either.
