- Water on the Temple Mount
"...water
flowing out from under the threshhold of the temple toward the east..."
(Ezekiel 47:1,2).
Is "living water flowing from Jerusalem, half toward the west and half
toward the east" (Zechariah 14:8).
These prophetic references seem to have excited the imagination of someone
who needed a sensational story and has been circulated widely in the last
two months.
- Why Bibi Fell
By David Bar-Illan
When Netanyahu ran in 1996, 70% of Israelis considered security their number one concern, which is why Netanyahu won then. Now only 27% do, which is one of the reasons he lost.
- A Tired Excuse
When the People of Israel trekked through the desert on their way to the
Land of Israel over 3,000 years ago, they underwent several difficult
crises - from each of which we learned something important and came away
strengthened.
- Arafat's Real Map
While talking about the imaginary Israeli map at a press conference in Geneva, Arafat wore another map
sewn on his sleeve - the map that is part of the PLO official emblem.... That map shows the borders of the intended "State of Palestine ", revealing the PLO's intentions to replace the entire State of Israel, including Tel Aviv, Haifa, and Jerusalem, and not only the administered areas of Judea, Samaria and Gaza.
- Peres' Jerusalem Letter
During the three weeks between the initialling of the Oslo accord between the PLO and the Israeli negotiations on 19 August 1993, and the signing of the DOP in Washington D.C. on 13 September 1993, three letters were to have been exchanged between the two sides through the late Norwegian Minister of Foreign Affairs, Johann Juergen Holst, forming an integral part of the peace agreement.
- Canadian Complicity
Last week, during an "emergency special session" of the United Nations General Assembly
(GA), Canada voted to support a resolution calling for the signatories to the Fourth Geneva
Convention to meet in Switzerland to examine Israel's settlements policy and its treatment of the
Palestinians in the West Bank and Gaza.
- Eight States to Upgrade Relations with Palestinians
Ireland and seven Latin American countries have agreed to the upgrading of Palestinian representations in their countries to embassies, according to Palestinian Authority Minister of Planning and International Cooperation Nabil Shaath.
